The HKPS is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for consideration at the 2016 Annual Conference at the University of Hong Kong, 18 June 2016.

Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts
- Abstract title is limited to 25 words
- Abstract text is limited to 250 words including acknowledgements
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
- Please structure your abstract using the following headings:
1. Objectives
2. Methods
3. Results
4. Conclusions (avoid evasive statements like "the findings will be discussed") - Please define all abbreviations at the first time they appear.
- If an abstract is accepted, one author must attend the conference and present it in person. Poster presenters must be present and stand by their posters during their assigned poster session.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the presenting author within 5 working days after submission. Please contact us at hkpconference2016@gmail.com if you do not receive the confirmation email or for any enquiry.
Notification
Authors will be notified of acceptance by mid May 2016 or early June 2016 by email.
Poster Prizes
Six poster prizes are set up to award outstanding presentation. All accepted posters will be
published online on the conference website.
