The Representation of Psychologists
in the End Times

Current global and local affairs incite anxiety and anger in us, especially in our youth. The cry of young people must be responded with care, humility, and compassion, which is a calling many of us might resonate with. We view our work as noble but how can we ensure it would not be co-opted as part of the oppressive status quo? We value life but how do we prevent ourselves from inadvertently stymieing the struggle for freedom and growth of the next generation? In this talk, I give space for a macro, value-driven, and purposefully provoking view that I hope will facilitate a reexamination of our collective and individual roles and their boundaries.
